Bouncer Chronicles spotted Beyonce and Jay-Z out with UK rocker Ed Sheeran last weekend. The trio had a low-key night with Sheeran at Houndstooth in mid-town Manhattan after Jay-Z's Barclays Center concert. The trio partied until 3:30 AM with a small group of Sheeran's friends and his manager.

At one point our spies said the Brit broke out into an impromptu acoustic performance, which included a cover of Jay Z's "Empire State of Mind." We were told Beyonce and Jay-Z were smiling from ear to ear!
