Bhari bhindi/stuffed okra
Stuffed okra (leady finger) is another spicy delicious and easy recipe which I am going to share with you. In this recipe all the spices are filled into okra and are fried till crisp. All the cooking directions are given step by step and ingredients which are required are mentioned below, follow the recipe to make stuffed okra easily at home and enjoy the okra season:
INGREDIENTS
- Okra/bhindi 1kg
- Salt to taste
- Red chillies crushed 1 table spoon
- Cumin seeds 1 table spoon
- Garlic paste 1 tea spoon
- Fennel (sonf)seeds ½ table spoon
- Mustard seeds ½ table spoon
- Oil to fry
COOKING DIRECTIONS
- Grind the cumin seeds, mustard, seeds red chillies and fennel seed a little.
- Now put into bowel add salt, garlic paste and place a side.
- Remove the caps of okra and make the cut in the middle so all the spices can be fill into them.
- Now fill the okra with mixed spices and make sure all the okra is stuffed completely.
- Now fry into oil till crisp.
- Serve with chapatti or rice.
