A report released on last Friday by the National Crime Record Bureau (NCRB) of India reveals that in 2015, 146 deaths took place on Mumbai road's due to two-wheeler mishaps, while the corresponding figure for four-wheelers was 130. In 2014, casualties due to bike accidents were 195, while the number for four-wheeler mishaps was 123. So, the situation is really alarming and the government must take some positive steps towards it.
