As a mexican if I were to go and hit the streets interviewing people, the answers will most likely be the same if I asked Do you know about bitcoin?, mostly the 100% would answer no, even more in the small city I live in, and the obvius answer to would you accept it as a payment in your bussines? would be a definite no, but I want to know how would people respond to this same questions be in your countries, and more importantly, how much do you trust bitcoin?
