We didn't plan to watch this but there was nothing else more appealing to watch when we went to the mall.  This is a sequel to the movie Divergent.  Even if you haven't watched Divergent, you can catch up with Insurgent for they have summarized the first movie on the first part of the movie and in some other parts as well.

There was a place where people live.  This is enclosed in walls.  The people who live here are grouped in five groups namely Abnegation (the selfless), Dauntless (the brave), Erudite (the intelligent), Amity (the peaceful and Candor (the honest).  The Divergents are those who don't belong in any groups.  They are those who could belong in every group.  They are considered enemies of the society though because they cannot be "controlled."  They want to live in a society where everyone can live together as one.  That is what they are fighting for.  They are the ones who go against the norm.

However, the people who haven't watch this might not be able to relate.  So I suggest you watch it.

I like the movie overall.  I was expecting more fight scenes between 4 (Tobias) and Eric.  Also, I was expecting more scenes of Maggie Q and the one who played Christine.  This was a star studded film, seeing familiar faces.

I really like the lighting they did in this movie.  Also, I like the character of Peter.  He acts so cool and knows how to play his cards.
