Each bitLanders user is solely responsible for making sure their videos don’t infringe on the copyrights of others.
Videos that constitute clear violations (for example that include rips of movies, television shows, music videos, or the unauthorized use of a popular song in the background of the video) will be rejected by bitLanders moderating team.
bitLanders leaves most fair use determinations up to the copyright holders and the user uploading the video. bitLanders users can upload video with material that they consider to be fair use, but they do so at their own risk.
