The Blue Whale is the biggest animal ever known to have lived, it can get up to 24 feet long and, weigh in at a astonishing 190 tons, it's hard to believe these amazing giants of the sea were once hunted, almost completely to extinction, they are now protected though and, there is believed to be 10 thousand are more around in the oceans today. I am glad to hear they are on the mend. I can't imagine a human one day deciding oh we should kill this giant, it would never even cross my mind.

Has anyone ever been whale watching? That's something that's on my bucket list for sure. I have never seen a whale in real life, that would have to be a amazing experience. I also love Killer Whales and, Sperm whales, the sperm whale is another giant.
