According to a Manhattan civil suit a bodyguard to the stars is suing Marquee Night Club over a brawl that was allegedly started by a manager at the club. The manager offered to supply the body guards with hookers and drugs. Kiran Newton, who has protected rapper Busta Rhymes and singer Chris Brown, was at the Chelsea hot-spot last August in the VIP section. Newton claims Marquee manager Hunter Janoff approached him saying he "could provide special services, including high-end prostitutes, waiving ID checks for under-aged girls, cocaine and the drug molly", according to the suit.
According to Bouncer Chronicles, when the 6 foot 5, 350 pound bodyguard came back downstairs after chatting with a waitress, Janoff slapped Newton's head to get him away from another waitress and then he threw a drink in his face. In the suit, Newton also claimed to hit Janoff once before trying to leave the club. Janoff's lawyer Robert Hantman told the New York Post the bodyguards case is total fiction.
