After the success of Thani Oruvan, Jayam Ravi and Aravind Swami are back with a comedy thriller Bogan. In their previous movie they played a cat and mouse game that made the audience thrilled to watch. This time both the actors are given an opportunity to let go with the negative roles. The movie revolves around the body swapping between Aravind Swamy and Jayam Ravi, which is mostly inspired by Hollywood movie FaceOff adding some Indian style to it. This show gives us some thrilling and interesting movement in the first half, but fails to keep the intensity through the movie.

Again it is Arvind Swamy, who has rocked the show playing Aditya. The attitude of Aditya(Arvind Swamy) has made the antagonist once again the powerful character than Vikram played by Jayam Ravi. The other advantage to this movie is the heroine played by Hansika. She has given the audience a moment to laugh through her character as an alcoholic. The love between Vikram and Mahalakshmi(Hansika) takes more time making the movie lengthy. Music by D Imman is rocking and making the audience dance through the songs. The other positive of Bogan is its cinematography that attracts your eyes with colorful locations.

The disadvantage part of the movie is Jayam Ravi playing the negative shade which couldn’t be compared with Arvind Swami’s show of acting as a villain. To conclude, this is a onetime watcher just for Arvind Swami’s acting and songs.
