A commander from the private escort company was beheaded by the insurgents in Shindand district of Herat province, Friday night.

First, Muhammad Qasem was kidnapped from Khwajah Orya region of Shindand district, and then is decapitated corpse was found in Rebat Joy region of this district, Afghan interior ministry officials say.

Shindand is one of the pretty insecure districts which is located in northern part of Herat province.
