Show Format:
Audition:
Audion take place in front of judges and live audience at different cities around UK, if the talent of participant seems risky or unusual then judges have a rite to press buzzer which which appears as red light cross "X". during series 1 to 5 their were three buzzers, because 3 judges were monitoring the show, but from 6 to onwards it is four, because the show having four judges. After the end of audition by each participant Judges say "YES", if they likes the act, it mean participant qualifies for next round. But in case of dislike act they says "NO", it mean participant can not go through next round.
CallBacks:
After audition judges whittle the contestants to the semi-finals, when this show started (Series-1) had 24 finalist, which increases to 40 Semi finalist till sixth series, and 45 semi finalist since sixth series till now, judges calls back participant to perform with new talent, where they discover the progress for semi-finals.
During Series-5 judges asked some performers to perform again and again because they were having difficulty for making a final decision to sent through to semi final, that happen for the first and last time.
Semi-Final:
Semi Final And Final broadcast from The Foundation Studio in Wembley, this studio also used for The X-Factor, with a different number of semi-final's. which is followed by one live final. some of the episode split into two episodes, followed by one live final, after all the acts phone lines got open for short time period, where public votes for the act that they think was the best. after the polling the act that polled highest number of votes automatically takes place in the final. during semi final, judges choose most popular acts, which also takes place in final, while other got eliminated from the competition.
