According to Bouncer Chronicles the Brooklyn lounge where an 18 year-old man fired a gun before being shot by police last month is a notorious den of crime and violence. The B-Hive in Crown Heights where Joshua Martino started spraying bullets was also the scene of a double shooting, at least 3 savage assaults and 2 cases of grand larceny last year, according to the New York Police Department.
Martino fired his gun inside the club around 3:40 AM. He was later gunned down by police when he turned towards them outside the lounge brandishing a 38-caliber revolver. He later died at Brooklyn Hospital.
