Brown Case Moving Forward

Posted on at

R&B singer Chris Brown's assault case is proceeding forward. A Washington, DC judge rejected a request to dismiss his case, according to Bouncer Chronicles. Brown and his bodyguard are scheduled for trial on April 17, only 2 days away!

Judge Patricia Wynn will hear his case without a jury. At the time of the alleged assault, Brown was on probation in California for the 2009 attack on then girlfriend Rihanna. Soon after his arrest in Washington, he entered rehab for anger management but he was jailed in mid-March after violating facility rules.

If he is convicted in DC Brown could face time behind bars. Keep checking the best website on nightlife security and celebrities who party at the hottest clubs!
