After rapper Busta Rhymes, whose real name is Trevor Smith, took a plea deal last week in Manhattan court for an outburst at a Chelsea fitness club. The rappers security team shoved 2 reporters and called one a "silly ho," according to Bouncer Chronicles. Not to be outdone, Busta asked the reporter if she is "usually that aggressive with your man!"
The rapper was arrested August 5 for striking a Steel Gym employee in the back of his head with a 17 ounce protein shake. Prosecutor Danielle Coffey reduced the top charge from felony assault to a misdemeanor. This is not Busta's first rap sheet with the law. He was busted in 1998 for gun possession. Then, in 2006, he was arrested for attacking a fan who spit on his car. A few months after that he beat up his personal driver.
