I've seen browsing this site that lots of people says only 'buzz me back'.
I say: if don't really have to say anything, then better to say nothing.
I think the begging for buzz is the wrong way to get buzzes, Try to make your posts interesting instead, then you'll get what you want.

In other words: make your 'friends' actually read/watch you, not just 'buzz' you because s/he is your (virtual) friend. After all, this is a social/community platform, make your friends 'talk'.
