The minimum temperature in our city of Calcutta on Monday was 18 degrees Celsius and according to forecast of the weather office the temperature will rise further from the next few days with almost no chance of a reversal in the mercury level of the city. So, it is now time for Calcuttans to mothball their woolen garments without any hesitation.
