Funny but I can definitely relate to it as I had worked before in a BPO company:
Because all support requires training... Mine was a month of doing nothing but listening.
This unfortunately made me fat! Hmmmpp!
And when we started working, that person won't let you go out of his sight.
After a year of taking irate calls.. this was my favorite button and so as hang up.
This was what I was telling you. Unless you are using a hard phone.
And it's party party of course if there's no more calls on queue!
