A while back I wrote some blogs covering the video game expo E3 where Nintendo made quite a few major announcements. One of those was a new game called Captain Toad Treasure Tracker. It is set to be the character Toad's first solo game, which is based off of the Captain Toad levels in Super Mario 3D World, which is an amazing game.

Well now Nintendo has set a release date for Toad's upcoming adventure and it's sooner than I would have thought. In North America the game is slated for a December 5th release date. Based on the other game's that debuted at E3 this year I figured Captain Toad would not come out until 2015 but I was wrong.
