Animals have no voice. They can't ask for help or freedom or protection. We are the ones who are intelligent enough to care for them. A dog who is ailing in the streets must be taken to the nearby Vet hospital. S/he must be given the same privilege as a human being. If the animal who is ailing is helpless and prone to attack at the same time then it is our duty to call the officials and experts in this field.

Rules against cruelty towards animals must be severely dealt with.
