تروریزم به حیث یک پدیده ویرانگر بیشتر محصول قرن بیستم است و شدت آن را می توانیم در قرن 21 ام برشمرد درست زمان که ایالات متحده امریکا برای اولین بار مورد حمله تروریستی قرار گرفت.
حمله بر ساختمان های بانک جهانی در نیویارک وهمچنان پنتاگون وزارت دفاع امریکا در واقع جهان را درحیرت فروبرد وجهان را وارد مرحله جدیدی از تاریخ کرد.
برهمه معلوم است که طراح این حمله ها ودیگر حمله های تروریستی در جهان رهبر شبکه القاعده اسامه بن لادن بود که با همکاری حامیانش در افغانستان وپاکستان حمله های تروریستی را علیه امریکا طراحی واجراء کرد.
اسامه بن لادن به همکاری طالبان که درآن زمان حاکمیت افغانستان را دردست داشتند وهمچنان حامی اصلی اش ISI پاکستان حمله های تروریستی را علیه مردم امریکا انجام داد.
درجریان این حمله های تروریستی بیش از 3000 تن از مردم بی گناه جان خودرا از دست دادند وصدها تن دیگر زخم برداشتند.
در برنامه 60 دقیقه این هفته شبکه (سی بی اس نیوز) با کسی آشنا شدم که نقش اصلی در مرگ اسامه بن لادن در اسلام آباد پایتخت پاکستان داشته است.
نیروهای ویژه امریکایی در یک عملیات در ابیت آباد پاکستان رهبرشبکه القاعده را ازپای در آوردند وبعد از آن جسد اورا در بحر دفن نمودند.
بیشترین قربانیان حمله های انتحاری وتروریستی شبکه القاعده مردم افغانستان وامریکا بوده اند واین را تاریخ ثابت کرده است.
از دوازده سال پیش تاکنون که جنگ علیه تروریسم در افغانستان به رهبری ایالات متحده امریکا آغاز شده است تاکنون هزاران افغان قربانی این جنگ شده اند که بشتر از سوی طالبان وگروه های تروریستی کشته شده اند.
اما حالا امریکا قصر دارد که بعد از دوازده سال جنگ با تروریزم در افغانستان حضورنظامی خود در این کشور خاتمه دهد ومسولیت تامین امنیت افغانستان را به نیروهای افغان واگذار کند؛ این مسئله دونگرانی را بین مردم افغانستان وامریکا به وجود آورده است اول این که شاید نیروهای افغان توانایی مقابله با شبکه القاعده وطالبان را به تنهایی نخواهند داشت ودوم این که شاید دست آوردهای دوازده سال گذشته در افغانستان از بین بروند.
به هرحال مردم افغانستان خواهان همکاری داومدار امریکا هستند تا بتوانند بهتر علیه تروریزم مقابله کنند.
