The story of this week's 60 minutes was about a person who used 25 years of his life up behind the bars of jail without enough evidence about his crime.  Michael Marton who was charged of murdering his wife.

However the prosecutors did not find enough facts about him, the jury had sentenced him to jail.

A decision that not only has undermined the judiciary system of the United States of America, but it has changed the idea of Americans about this system. Hence, the government of the United States of America should put those judges in jail who are failing in judiciary fields. At the very least, such judges should lose their jobs so that not be happened such cases anymore.

The most emotional part of this story for the 60 minute's team has been when they took Mr. Marton towards jail, his 3-year-old son was screaming. Yet still his does not believe that his mom is killed by his father. Mr. Marton, says that, "A 25-year-spending behind the bars of the jail has changed his life. There for, he is going to begin a new life with his grand-daughter and other relatives onwards.
