There is a movement circulating around the net  about saving Philippine Literature. I thought they are advocate but reading the whole article would destroy a writer. They are against romance writers. Yes cliche happens but I still believe in forte. Hate post and attacking a particular writer would mean something. It is not an advocacy. 

Plot related to gangster, rich, handsome, masculine is a cliche in Wattpad. Most authors there write what is trending. But in time they will learn to write their forte and explore in different genre. It is the duty of the publisher to embrace the cliche or find something out of the box. I hope they will not stop writing because of this movement. 

As a Filipino fiction writer, it is hard to build a story out of a small plot. Writing requires time and effort. And having a book is fulfillment.
