Have you ever come across a woman bus conductor or a women auto driver? You happened to see quite a few these days, but still people are not able to grasp and digest the fact these are only male dominated livings.

Speaking of gender equality and practicing it is a farfetched dream. The army also started recruiting women from 1992 onwards. Did the government take too long a time to decide after independence that women will suit for the bill? (That to a women's wing already existed in the Azad Hind Army was all from the Indian subcontinent). Why the hell women are not sanctioned to hold up more challenging positions similar to a supervisor in a road project or more frequently an engine rail driver.

The economic conditions completed them to come out of their closet and earn a living. But can they dictate terms, be it at home and in their professional life? At home, they are mostly still a puppet, and try to oblige her father before marriage, husband after marriage and children when old. That obvious reflects the professional life also.

A woman themselves have to rise to the occasion and think they have the power to achieve all by their own. They have to take strides to conquer. They have to make people belief they are, the more superior species compared to the more dominating one that exists in society.
