Cheesy Chicken Caldereta

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 5 cloves garlic, finely crushed
  • 1 pc onion, chopped
  • 4 tbsp margarine
  • 1 kilo chicken, cut into 8 pcs
  • 6 pcs chorizo de bilbao, sliced
  • 1 pack Hunt's Tomato Sauce with LycoFiber 1kg
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 can liver spread
  • 2 pcs siling labuyo, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Sauté garlic and onions in margarine.
  2. Add chicken and chorizo de bilbao (w/ lard).
  3. Pour in Hunt’s Tomato Sauce with LycoFiber, soy sauce, and then add liver spread, cheddar cheese, and siling labuyo.
  4. Add a little water (enough to cover chicken pieces) then simmer until cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
