INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 5 cloves garlic, finely crushed
- 1 pc onion, chopped
- 4 tbsp margarine
- 1 kilo chicken, cut into 8 pcs
- 6 pcs chorizo de bilbao, sliced
- 1 pack Hunt's Tomato Sauce with LycoFiber 1kg
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 can liver spread
- 2 pcs siling labuyo, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- Sauté garlic and onions in margarine.
- Add chicken and chorizo de bilbao (w/ lard).
- Pour in Hunt’s Tomato Sauce with LycoFiber, soy sauce, and then add liver spread, cheddar cheese, and siling labuyo.
- Add a little water (enough to cover chicken pieces) then simmer until cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
