Cheesy Mushroom Tartlets
Ingredients:
Tartlets (Available At Bakery) 12 No’s
Mushrooms 1 ½ Cups
Chicken (Boiled) ½ Cup
Cheddar Cheese (Shredded) 1 Cup
Onions (Chopped) 3 Tbsp
Garlic (Chopped) 1 Tsp
Green Chillies (Chopped) ½ Tsp
Salt ½ Tsp
White Pepper Powder ½ Tsp
Oil 2 Tbsp
Instructions:
Heat the oil in a pan; add onions and sauté till they turn translucent. Add garlic, green chillies, mushrooms, chicken, salt, black pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes. In each tartlet, fill 2-3 tbsp of the mushroom and sprinkle some cheese on top. Grease a baking tray with little oil and bake the tartlets in oven for 5 minutes on medium heat. Serve hot.
Cook Time: 20 To 25 Minutes.
Serve Hot.
