Chicken Hara Masala
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast Boneless (Cubes Cutting) 1 Kg
Oil 1 Cup
Ginger Garlic (Chopped) ¼ Cup
Tomatoes (Cubes Cutting) 2 No’s
Red Chili Powder ¼ Tsp
Turmeric Powder ¼ Tsp
Coriander Powder ½ Tsp
Salt ¼ Tsp
Black Pepper ¼ Tsp
Onions (Thinly Sliced) 2 No’s
Yogurt ½ Cup
Fresh Mint + Fresh Coriander + Green Chilies 1 Cup
Garnishing:
Green Chilies 4 To 6
Ginger
Gram Masala ¼ Tsp
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pot and add onions, cinnamon and cumin, fry onions till golden brown. Now add ginger, garlic paste fry for some time and add the ground green paste along with tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and black pepper stir fry for another few minutes. Then add the chicken pieces, fry till water dries. Now whisk yogurt and pour over the chicken, cover the pot. Allow the curry to cook till it thickens and oil layers over the curry. In the end, add green chilies, ginger and gram masala cover the pot and simmer for 2 minutes. Dish out curry and serve it with nan.
Cook Time: 30 Minutes.
Serve Hot.
