Chicken Punjabi Botti(BBQ)
Ingredients:
Chicken Botti 1 Kg
Ginger Garlic Paste 3 Tbsp
Yogurt 2 Cups
Yellow Food Colour ½ Tsp
Red Crushed Chilies 1 Tbsp
Red Chili Powder ½ Tsp
Gram Masala Powder ½ Tsp
Cumin Seeds ½ Tsp
Oil ¼ Cup
Salt 1 Tbsp
White Vinegar 4 Tbsp
Instructions:
Chicken Cleaning Process
First take a big dish. Pour water, salt, white vinegar and finally add the chicken for the fine cleaning process.
Chicken Marination
Take a big dish. Marinate the chicken with yogurt, red crushed chilies, red chili powder, black pepper, gram masala powder, salt, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, yellow food colour, white vinegar and oil. Mix the marinade ingredients together in a large bowl, add the chicken and marinate for 1 hour.
BBQ
Take the BBQ sticks. With a dry cloth paste the oil to sticks. Then BBQ the chicken in a coal steel grill. Garnish it with salad leaves, tomato and onion and serve it.
Cook Time: 20 Minutes.
Serve Hot.
