Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
Chicken (Boneless) 400 gm
Buttermilk 2 cups
All Purpose Flour 2 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic Powder ½ tsp
Coconut (Grated) ½ cup
Onion Powder 1 tbsp
Chili Powder 1 tsp
Taara Garam Masala 1 tsp
Cooking Oil For deep frying
Method:
Wash chicken and dry with paper towels.
Pour buttermilk into a large bowl. Coat chicken with the buttermilk and let it marinate in your refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes remove chicken from the refrigerator.
In a plastic bag mix all the dry ingredients and coat each piece of chicken in the dry spices mixture by sealing the bag and shaking it with the chicken inside.
When the oil is well heated, deep fry your chicken pieces until done.
The chicken should be golden in color.
Serve hot.
