INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 pound chicken breast (one to two breasts)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
For the sauce:
- 2 tablespoons nerigoma (Or tahini)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
PROCEDURE:
- Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
- Sprinkle the salt and pepper on to the chicken to season. Then slice the chicken breasts into bite size pieces for quick cooking.
- Mix the chicken with the sauce and marinate for about 30 minutes.
- When ready to cook, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Once hot, add the chicken and the sauce to the pan.
- Cook for about 5 minutes until the bottom of the chicken is nice and brown. Flip the chicken over and continue cooking for another 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove from heat and serve immediately! For added flavor, sprinkle the chicken with some toasted sesame seeds!
