The children were served a meal of puri, chole and kheer following which they started vomiting. All the affected children were immediately rushed to the district hospital and thanks to almighty God that they are all stated to be out of danger. A four-member team has been constituted by the state government to probe the incident. Meanwhile, four teachers have been suspended, while services of five others including two cooks have been terminated.
