Chicken Chili Dry
Ingredients:
Chicken Boneless (Strips Cutting) 1 Kg
Green Chilies (Julian Cutting) 12 No’s
Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp
Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp
White Vinegar 1 Tbsp
Ajinomoto ½ Tsp
Black Pepper Powder ½ Tsp
Salt To Taste
Oil 3 Tbsp
Instructions:
Marinate the chicken with vinegar and soya sauce for 20 minutes. In a pan heat oil and add garlic paste, chicken, black pepper and salt and fry. After frying sprinkle ajinomoto keep aside. In a separate pan heat 1 tbsp oil and lightly fry the green chilies add a little vinegar, soya sauce and ajinomoto. Mix the chilies and chicken together. Serve with rice.
Cook Time: 15 To 20 Minutes.
Serve Hot.
