Chinese Chicken Drumsticks

Instructions:

Chicken Wings 1 kg
Chicken Mince ½ Kg
Onions (Fine Chopped) 2 Cups
Green Chilies (Fine Chopped) ½ Cup
Soya Sauce ¼ Cup
Oyster Sauce ¼ Cup
Green Coriander (Chopped) ½ Cup 
Red Crushed Chilies 1 Tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp
Flour 2 Cups
Salt 1 Tbsp
Eggs 3 No’s
Black Pepper 1 Tsp

Instructions:

Combine All The Ingredients Process

First take chicken wings and make a cut with a knife on their lower end to remove the skin or chicken from wings. Then chopped the chicken mince, onions, green chilies and green coriander. Take a big bowl and then add the following ingredients like chicken mince, chicken wings bones, chopped onions, green chilies, green coriander, soya sauce, oyster sauce, red crushed chilies, red chili powder, black pepper, salt, eggs and flour. Mix them well.

Chicken Drumsticks Frying Process

Take a bowl of cold water, wet your hands with water while making a chinese chicken drumsticks round. Half fry it. Then remove the drumsticks from a wok and make them cuts with a knife. Finally deep fry on low heat till golden brown.

Cook Time: 10 Minutes.
Serve Hot.
