INGREDIENTS:

2,SUGAR =300 GRAMS
3,OIL/BUTTER =300 GRAMS
4,FLOUR =200 GRAMS
5,COCO POWDER =6 TABLESPOON
6,VANILLA ESSENCE =2 TEASPOON
7,BAKING SODA =4 PINCH
8,BAKING POWDER - 2 TEASPOON
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 Degrees
1,Stir together hot oil icing sugar and coco powder in the mixture beat eggs one by one.
2,Then add vanilla essence
3,Fold in baking soda baking powder add flour
4,Put in a grease Cake pan and bake for 45 mins.
GANACHE:
INGREDIENTS:
1)Chocolate 1 Cup
2)Cream 1 cup
METHOD:-
1,Heat the cream in a small sauce-pan over medium heat bring just to boil.Watching Very Carefully because if it boil for a few second,it will boil out of the pot.
2,When the cream has come to boil pour over the chocolate and whisk until smooth.
3,allow a ganache to cool slightly before pouring over the cake start at the center of the cake and work outward.
*For a fluffy frosting or chocolate filling allow it to cool until thick,the whip with a whisk until light and fluffy.
*Sandwich the sponges together with a quarter of the icing. Use the remaining icing to cover the sides and top of the cake.
