I like thousands of other people just love chocolate. I grew up beleiving that it was 100% bad for me and everyone else that ate that good tasting chocolate.. Of course I still ate chocolate because I loved it. What child does not grew up loving to eat chocolate. Chocolate is still high in calories so you should not eat alot of it. Just a small amount at a time.
Chocolate is a super food. When you are under alot of stress eat a small piece of chocolate. You will feel relaxed and a lot better after eating the chocolate. Also chocolate is really good for your heart and for your brain. Anything that will be good for my heart and brain is ok with me to eat and enjoy.
Chocolate also helps you get rid of toxins in your body. Also chocolate will help give you lower blood pressure. Lower cholesterol and give you a lower risk of heart disease.
Chocolate will also reduce the risk of diabetic. So enjoy alittle bit of chocolate at a time. I know I will.
