Legendary R&B singer Chris Brown

allegedly bashed a man in the face this past Sunday in Washington, D.C. Brown, 24, apparently flew into a rage when the man tried to jump in front of a picture he was taking with female fans. He reportedly spewed a homophobic slur during the clash.

 “I’m not into this gay shit; I’m into boxing,” he allegedly said as he broke the 20 year old photo bomber’s nose. TMZ.com reported the dust up happened 4:30AM outside the W Hotel near the White House.

Brown is still on probation for his 2009 assault on his then girlfriend Rihanna in Los Angeles. He was in jail last Sunday night awaiting a court hearing on Monday. If found guilty he could face up to 10 years behind bars for the assault charge and up to 4 years if deemed he violated his probation.
