A cleaner of Dhaka North City Corporation died after being hit by a car on the old airport road at Tejgaon in Dhaka Tuesday morning.

The victim, Khuku Moni, 40, was a resident of West Nakhalpara.

Dhaka Medical College Hospital police camp inspector Mozammel Haque said the duty doctor declared the woman dead after she was brought to the hospital in a critical condition.
