Ingredients
- 2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup plain soda water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 2 cup wiped cream
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
Direction
- Preheat the oven at 180 degree
- In a mixing bowl mix flour, icing sugar and baking soda and baking powder
- In another bowl mix condensed milk, vanilla, milk and soda water
- Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients
- Make dropping batter if need add little bit of soda water
- Grease the baking bowl and pour the mixer and then bake for 1- -15 minutes
- Check with skewer if clean the de-mold if not then bake for few minutes
- Keep aside the ready cake to get cool
- Cut cake in round shape in two equal parts and when ready spread the wiped cream
- Mix the coconut with wiped cream
- First spread on first round cake then keep another on wiped caked and then wiped the complete cake.
