Continental Style Sesmi Fried Fish
Ingredients:
Fish Fillet 1 Kg
Worcestershire Sauce 3 Tbsp
French Mustard Paste 1 Tbsp
Paprika Powder 1 Tbsp
Black Pepper 1 Tsp
Eggs 2 No’s
Flour 1 Cup
Salt ½ Tsp
Coating
Bread Crumbs
Sesmi Seeds
Instructions:
Mix the ingredients for marinate. Coat the fish with marinate and leave it for 2-3 hours in fridge. Make bread crumbs in a blender machine. Take a big tray add bread crumbs and sesmi seeds. Mix it well. Dip the pieces in bread crumbs and deep fry till golden brown.
Cook Time: 15 To 20 Minutes.
Serve Hot.
