INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 ounces country ham, diced
- 1 cup fat free half and half
- 3 wedges Swiss cheese spread
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 3 slices reduced fat Swiss cheese, diced
- 8 ounces pasta
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat a skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Cook the chicken 4 to 5 minutes or until browned. Add the ham and continue to cook until the ham is slightly crisp.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and add the cream, the garlic salt, thyme, and poultry seasoning. Using a whisk, stir in the wedges of cheese until melted.
- Stir the Swiss cheese and pasta into the chicken mixture until the cheese melts. Serve with garlic bread.
