Corn Kebab


Ingredients


• Corn kernels 250 grams
• Potatoes 40 gram (boiled, grated)
• Cottage cheese 40 grams
• Onion 50 gram (chopped)
• Ginger 10 gram (chopped)
• Green chili 10 grams (chopped)
• Fresh coriander 30 gram (chopped)
• Red chili powder 5 grams
• All spice powder 10 grams
• Oil 500 ml
• Corn flour 40 grams
• Cumin powder 5 grams
• Salt to taste


Method of cooking

 


1. The first step is crushing the sweet corn kernels and squeeze well in order to drain brine.
2. Then Mix together the potato, cottage cheese, corn flour and corn.
3. Then Sprinkle salt on the onion and leave it for some time.
4. Then add the ginger, green chilies, coriander, red chili and cumin powder to the potato mixture.
5. Squeeze the onion to drain off water.
6. Then add this to the kebab mix.
7. Now the mixture is ready, form a barrel-shaped cutlets and deep fry until crisp.
8. Corn kebab has ready now served with mint chutney or chili sauce.
