The Sessions Court conducting the 2002 hit-and-run case of Bollywood actor Salman Khan is scheduled to announce the final verdict in the case on coming May 6. But before announcing the final verdict, the Court would decide on the same day an application seeking action against police for perjury in response to an application, filed by a social activist who seeks perjury action against police for not examining an eye witness who was in the car along with the actor and his police bodyguard.
