150g chicken
300g vegetable crab
1 bell pepper horns
50g white sesame

The steps are:
Step 1:
Rinse chicken, cooked, shredded or chopped strand small bite size pieces. Crab picking vegetables, wash, drain. Horn peppers seeded and chopped fibers.

Step 2:
