Last night I had one of those nights where my head hit the pillow and I did not wake up for eight hours. Maybe a little less, maybe a little more, but......I don't know, it was just one of those nights where I was tired.
The good news is, my body seems energized and ready to take on the world. So some nights, it's a good idea to just crash into bed and drift into a state of extremely deep sleep.
It was one of those nights where if I had any worries, I was too tired to care about them. That might seem mean, but that's just the truth of the matter.
