The word criminal means that the someone who have bad action or do against the manner is known as criminal and the law means that the thing which can control the criminals the question arises why the criminal arises or take place 

                                                                                                                                           according to me that when there is un justice in the society then the criminals take place as we consider that when there is a person who have some sort of un justice with his family or his cast then in that revange he will take up the weapons in his hand and will damage the society i think it is the duty of the parents that at the early age of his life they should prepare there child that he bear the ups and down of the society

                                                                                                                                         there is no law for the criminals in Pakistan the police is itself with the criminals they also fear from them they also have a route behaviour with the man who did not give him money at the time when there is bad action happen with the someone life thus these ups and down make a person criminals no one is the criminal from the abdoumn of the mother but the society make it every thing if there are strict rule and regulation in the country and the people and government can obey the law then there is no one is criminals in the world
