CUCUMBER RAITA
Cucumber raita is a special dip served with rice, pkorha, smosa or curry. This recipe is for 6-7 people make this at home and preserve it in freezer.
INGREDIENTS
- Cucumber 1 cup peeled
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Ginger ½ tea spoon
- Salt 1 table spoon
- Green chillies 1-2 crushed
- Coriander 1 bunch
METHOD
- In 1 cup of yogurt add 1 cup of shredded cucumber.
- Add ginger, salt and mix it.
- Now add crushed green chillies and coriander, mix it.
- Serve with rice or paratha.
