CUCUMBER RAITA

Cucumber raita is a special dip served with rice, pkorha, smosa or curry. This recipe is for 6-7 people make this at home and preserve it in freezer.

INGREDIENTS

  • Cucumber                                                                  1 cup peeled
  • Yogurt                                                                         1 cup
  • Ginger                                                                         ½ tea spoon
  • Salt                                                                                1 table spoon
  • Green chillies                                                               1-2 crushed
  • Coriander                                                                     1 bunch

METHOD

  • In 1 cup of yogurt add 1 cup of shredded cucumber.
  • Add ginger, salt and mix it.
  • Now add crushed green chillies and coriander, mix it.
  • Serve with rice or paratha.
