ÉCU’s new partner Shooting People

Shooting People works to support, nurture and promote independent filmmakers. The Shooting People network was set up in 1998 to connect filmmakers, help them share resources, knowledge and experience, and to help them find an audience for their work. As soon as you become a Shooter you can start reading and posting to the email bulletins which go out daily to the entire membership of over 37,000 filmmakers. You can also build a profile, which will enable you to be found by Shooters around the world, and you can find cast and crew members for your own film using our dedicated service. Shooting People also supports the best and most exciting film festivals, resources and competitions, keeping you up to date. We’re currently working closely with MOFILM short film competitions, and to help filmmakers get their competition entries made, we’re offering free three month trial memberships (no catch, we promise). You can find out more about the competitions and sign up here: shootingpeople.org/mofilm/barcelona2012 Read the article in French, Spanish, Italian or German here: www.ecufilmfestival.com/en/2011/12/ecus-new-partner-shooting-people/
