I have gotten very annoyed with customer service these days around here. Actually the last place that I can think of having good customer service at is at Disney World three years ago! Sometimes I just like calling to Disney World just to hear a friendly voice.
The other day my mom, uncle, a friend and I went to a "Roy Rogers" (fast food restaurant) where you are supposed to stand in line to order your food. Our friend is in a wheel chair and we went in and found a table and she moved out of the wheel chair and into a chair at the table.
Next thing you know an nice worker approached us sat at the table beside us with paper and pen and asked what we would like to eat. That has never happened to me before in a fast food restaurant! The young man was so kind. He totaled the amount, returned to the table and got the payment, brought our food to us. He was so kind and we each filled out a "comment card" saying so and verbally thanked him and let the manager how pleased we were.
Then the next day I went into the 7-11 convenience store near our home where a very rude woman works to get a drink and I bought a watermelon cup there also. They were not very busy and I chose a small area at the counter away from the customer line to stand there and eat it instead of going outside in the heat and try to find a place to eat it.
All of the sudden I seen an older gentlemen that worked there bring me some napkins. That was very kind of him!
