DAAL MASH
Today I am going to share with you a different pulse recipe that is daal mash. Its very simple and easy to make this recipe is for 6-7 people make it at home and enjoy restaurant style daal at home. All th ingredients required and cooking directions are given below follow them to make easy and spicy daal.
INGREDEINTS
- Daal mash 1 cup
- Ginger 1 table spoon
- Garlic 1 tablespoon
- Ripe tomatoes 2
- Salt to taste
- Red chillies powder 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric powder ½tablespoon
- Cumin seed 1 tablespoon
- Clove 1-2
- Dry coriander powder 1 tablespoon
- All spice 1 tablespoon
- Green chillies 2-3
- Oil 4-5 table spoon
METHOD
- Heat oil in pan, add cumin seeds, cloves and let them to pop up.
- Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and fry it for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and fry it till the oil leave the sides of pan.
- Now add soaked daal and fry it for 5-10 minutes with 1 table spoon of water.
- When daal is soften a little and oil leaves the sides of pan add 1 cup of water, green crushed chillies and cover the pan on slow heat.
- When the water is reduced and daal is completely soften turn off the heat.
- Now sprinkle the all spice powder and dried coriander powder.
- Serve it with rice or chapatii.
