You know, it takes being ill for a while to get to a certain appreciation of life. We tend to get so used to being fine that we, I don't, forget that we can be sick. I really appreciated life and good health when I got sick some time.
The experience taught me what appreciation really is and why I should appreciate my life as well as my good health. It goes without saying that everyone wants to wake up in the morning and feel fine, before goinging out into the world and enjoying the rest of the day. You work, you play and learn and teach.
But waking up to a really bad migraine or sick stomach or something else can really make doing everyday things a daunting task. Take time to think and start appreciating your life today!
