Daranak Falls Posted on 13 January 2016 at 21:04 Last weekend, my friends and I went on a two-hour road trip to Rizal. It’s nice to know that there are nearby spots like Daranak Falls that you can go on a day trip just to unwind for a moment. Daranak Falls is a 14-meter high falls, which is a famous destination in Tanay Rizal. Both locals and foreigners go to this place to take a quick dip and marvel at the beauty that nature has to offer. The falls is situated at the foot of the Tanay mountains embellished with natural vegetation, and cascading rivers and ponds. Entrance fee at Daranak Falls is PhP 50 for adults, while children below 3-ft can enter free-of-charge. Picnic sheds are available around the falls with rate of PhP 300. There are also picnic tables for PhP 200 each. However, take note that pets are not allowed in Daranak Falls. Alcoholic beverages are also prohibited.
